The garment undergoes ongoing visual quality controls, when opening the packages, during the ironing stage, and lastly, the final quality control before being bagged.
Every item is 100% quality controlled through two basic steps: comparing it with the technical data sheet and checking for any defects.

Garment interior cleaning
Our computer system enables real-time sharing of arrivals and shipments, stock, data sheets and bills of materials. At any time, the customer can send their own technician to check the processes and provide guidelines or instructions to be followed.
For each item processed, a report will be drawn up and sent to the customer with all the garments’ identification data, details of the defects found and the work performed.
